Introduction of a vegan menu line
Plant-based diets are gaining more and more followers. According to a representative survey, around twelve per cent of people in Germany now abstain from eating meat. The most important reasons for buying more plant-based products are environmental protection, animal welfare and personal health. We must and want to take this societal nutritional development into account.
For this reason, MUKS GmbH will be offering a vegan menu line in the patient catering menu from 2 September 2024.
Vegan components will also be included in the selection of toppings for breakfast and evening meals. MUKS GmbH is thus keeping up with the times and once again presenting itself as a catering company that always endeavours to ensure optimal catering for patients and guests.
